Overview:

mooncount is used to gather data for moon calibration calculations.

How to use:

Given a time when the moon is in one of the cameras, mooncount loads the full data from the UDF server and allows the user to specify a region containing the moon as well as surrounding regions to be used for background subtraction. The sizes of these ranges can be changed with the sliders at the top left of the program. The left mouse button tells the program to do the count and then proceed to the next frame. The middle mouse button, when held down allows the user to scroll the display area up or down to see more of the image.

The output file is out.txt, and contains all of the data gathered since this file was last cleared out. If the file does not exist prior to mooncount being executed, it is created with headings for the separate columns.
