Overview:

plotter simply creates plots based on click files obtained from tracer.

How to use:

Everything is fairly straightforward, click the 'graph type' button to toggle between MLT and Magnetic Longitude modes. Click the 'radial lines' and 'tick labels' buttons to change the number of each of these, and the slider sets the range of the outer circle. Save image writes a PNG file to the directory that the loaded click file was in, and the 'make graphs for all' button applies the current settings to all of the loaded FITS files and makes the graphs accordingly. The position of the number labels on the plot can be adjusted by clicking anywhere on the plot itself to indicate you want to labels to be along that radial line. Colors and font settings can be changed by modifying the 'plotter_colors.pro' file.

Notes:

When the file dialog pops up, you should select the whole range of files you want to plot. Unlike several of my other programs, you are actually loading files, not merely pointing to a directory.
