Overview:

Allows for interactive adjustment of factors to multiply each individual column by, in the as-of-yet most successful attempt at reducing the seam effect noticed at the edges of the sensors.

How to use:

Start by using the left mouse button to drag a horizonal region in the main (left) draw area. The average intensities of the column data within this region is graphed below. The data points on the graph can be dragged up and down to modify the factors by which the image to the right is multiplied. If you want to 'zoom in' on the data to modify it more precisely or to see it more clearly, use the right mouse button to drag a window around the desired region in the graph. The full view can be restored later by pressing the 'zoom out' button. By default the graph below shows the original (in light blue) data and the modified (darker blue) data in terms of linear intensity. To instead see the factors themselves, press the 'graph factors' button. The save factors button will store the current factors so the same numbers can be applied to other FITS files to see if the seam effect is consistent from one frame to another. You also have the option of saving the modified image back out to a FITS file.
