The unsupported software directory contains a number of IDL-based specialty programs. For each program, there are two files, an HTML instructions file and a tar archive of the software itself.
Some of these programs may conflict with euv_imtool, so be sure to do a .reset_session command in IDL before compiling and running these programs.
