Data for 8 February 2002 and later come from TIMED/SEE. (Tom
Woods, PI, see http://lasp.colorado.edu/see/).
Data prior to that
time come from SOHO CELIAS/SEM (Darrell Judge, PI, see
http://www.usc.edu/go/spacescience).
We have scaled the broader-band SEM
measurements to match the SEE measurements during a time period
when both sets of data were available.
