Parking on Campus

We will reserve visitor parking spaces for those who request them in advance. Guests at the Marriott or the Four Points Sheraton may find it more convenient to walk to the meetings, rather than to negotiate the one-way streets often filled with pedestrians on the UA campus.

We will reserve visitor spaces in the Second Street Garage. It is circled in green on the campus map. If you would like a space reserved in this garage, please e-mail Jen Evers (jen@lpl.arizona.edu) and tell her which days you will need to park. When you arrive at the garage, take a ticket from the dispenser at the entrance to the garage and bring it with you. On leaving, show the ticket to the cashier and tell him that you are a guest of the IMAGE Project. The cashier will code your ticket so that you can leave the garage at no charge. If you do not reserve in advance, you will probably be able to find a parking spot, but you may need to pay the parking charge yourself.
